GM is recalling 26,751 GM vehicles for an issue with the rear axel. Many of GMs truck based vehicles share basic components, so see the cart below to see if your impacted.

General Motors is reporting on these vehicles, a rear axle cross pin was not properly heat treated and, if it were to brake, could create interference and lock the rear axle. Should this happen the driver may lose directional control.
Dealers will replace the pin free of charge for impacted trucks.
