We try to immediately respond and fix any issues or problems that you might be having, but to provide you with that level of support, we need a detailed but succinct description of what you’re experiencing.
Here’s a less than helpful example:

Subject: Help!

I can’t see my graph!

And here is an improved version:

Subject: Can't see graph after successful upload

Hi! I am having a problem with viewing recent data I uploaded.

I logged into my account and then uploaded data from my device. That seemed to work just fine. It displayed the trip summary. But when I went to the Trip Graphs page. I only get a little box with a red X in it where the graph should go.

My username is ‘bailey’. I’m not sure if it helps, but I’m using Internet Explorer as my browser.

I’d really appreciate you guys taking a look ASAP.
